The 4th grade had a fabulous field trip to Charleston on Wednesday. Students enjoyed the boat ride out to Fort Sumter. They learned a lot about the beginning of the Civil War as they toured Fort Sumter. Later in the day they traveled to Fort Moultrie and spent time learning about the Revolutionary War. This video is a compilation of pictures taken by Mr. Rich and podcast interviews recorded by Mrs. Brown. The student voices don't necessarily correspond with the pictures in order, but you will enjoy hearing what some of the students learned during their trip!

The 6th grade team Swamp Foxes at wkms are going on a free trip to Carowinds! We averaged high in our map scores
and got a high percentage. Swamp Foxes are the best team in the 6th grade!!
